Acelero Learning and Shine Early Learning are nationally recognized early childhood organizations partnering with Head Start and public programs to support thousands of children and families across the country.

Instructional Design & Training Content:
Danielle developed educator and leadership-focused training content for professional development initiatives, including the organization’s Leadership Workshop Series. This work focused on reflective leadership, professional growth, and high-quality early learning practices for managers and educators across programs.

Educational Content & Copyediting:
Danielle provided copyediting and educational content support for developmental assessment and curriculum materials, including revisions to the HELP® 0–3 assessment system used by early intervention, Early Head Start, and early childhood professionals nationwide. This work required close attention to developmental accuracy, family-centered language, accessibility, and alignment with early childhood learning frameworks and federal program standards.
